The message board welcomes open and friendly debate on matters concerning Ashton-in-Makerfield. By participating you agree to abide by the rules set by the moderator:

- Respect other people's opinions - do not use insults instead of reasoned argument.
- You are free to post under a nom-de-plume - choose a distinctive name that is unlikely to be replicated - but please do not post under multiple identities.
