Town Green Residents' Association is a constituted community association formed in 2006 to bring together the residents of the Town Green area of Ashton-in-Makerfield and preserve a green space at the heart of the area.
The Association has worked with Wigan Council to secure the land adjacent to Bolton Road and Orchard Street on a long lease, and created a community park for the benefit of local residents and the people of Ashton.
We are affiliated to the British Trust for Conservation Volunteers and meet regularly to develop our plans for the area. For further information please email our Secretary.
